Returns & Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase of the product with shipping costs borne by the customer, provided that the packaging and product are intact. In this case, a refund can be made.
The product packaging must not be worn, damaged or damaged in any way, or in any condition other than its original condition.
In case the above conditions are not met, returns will not be accepted.

Product Return Procedure

The procedure to be followed is to first receive the product from the customer and resend it to E-PIEL, It is noted that a change is made after the inspection and the confirmation of a defect by the respective official dealership.

In case of sending the order and its subsequent cancellation or non-receipt, return costs are borne by the customer.

In this case you should contact E-PIEL Customer Service so that the part of the order that you do not wish to cancel is canceled.
